sbm keeps your bookmarks in one plain text file, one bookmark per line: the address, a description and tags. This app brings that file to your phone.

<b>Find a bookmark fast</b>
Type a few letters. The search is fuzzy, as in fzf: the letters of each word must come in order, but not always together. Tap a bookmark to open it; press and hold to copy the address or share it. Text that is no bookmark opens as an address, or as a web search.

<b>Add from any app</b>
Share a page from your browser to sbm, add a description and tags, and save.

<b>Sync, or keep your own file</b>
Sign in to an sbm-sync server, and the app syncs with bm on your computers and with the sbm add-on for Firefox and Chrome. Bookmarks that you add or remove on one device are added or removed on the others.
The server is free software, so you can run your own. The default server, sbm.subread.space, is a paid service after a free trial.
Or do not sign in: open a bookmark file that Syncthing, git or a file app keeps on your phone.

<b>Small and private</b>
No ads, no analytics, no trackers, no Google libraries. The app uses the network only for sync, and only after you sign in.

sbm is free software under the AGPL-3.0.
